Pili Restrepo Hackler

Co-Founder and Creative Director

Pili Restrepo Hackler is a Co-Founder and the Creative Director of Grassfed Culture Hospitality, a Miami-based hospitality group behind lauded concepts including Los Félix, Krüs Kitchen, and ZeyZey. Originally born in Bogotá, Colombia, Restrepo Hackler spent much of her childhood traveling and living between Colombia, the United States, and Spain, where she was immersed in different cultures, languages, and traditions. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she observed her relatives building and growing businesses from the ground up, inspiring her to pursue creating her own path in the business world.

She went on to study international business, entrepreneurship, and marketing at the University of South Carolina, where she explored various facets of business, including financial projections, consumer psychology, and branding. It was also at USC where she met her now husband and fellow Co-Founder of Grassfed Culture Hospitality, Josh Hackler. After graduation, Restrepo Hackler moved to Florence, Italy, to study jewelry design at Le Arti Orafe. During this time, she refined her eye for aesthetics and deepened her appreciation for high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and the power of storytelling. In 2008, she graduated with a degree in Jewelry Design, Gemology, Stone Setting, Engraving, and Computer Aided Design and began her career in New York City, launching her own brand, Pili Restrepo Jewelry, while apprenticing alongside other jewelry masters.

Her entrepreneurial journey continued in 2018 when she and Josh relocated to Miami and created Grassfed Culture Hospitality in 2020 alongside Executive Chef Sebastián Vargas. In her current role, she oversees branding, design, and marketing for each concept, playing an integral part in shaping the unique identity and brand voice of the hospitality group. Her hands-on involvement in almost every aspect of the company keeps her inspired and allows her to cultivate a brand that remains true to its core values of sustainability and nourishing the community. Driven by this passion for community, Restrepo Hackler and her husband also founded the LETO campaign, an initiative aimed at supporting single mothers who lost their jobs due to the impact of COVID-19.

When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and exploring new sports—currently, she’s learning to sail. In her free time, she continues to design commission pieces for Pili Restrepo Jewelry. Above all, she values the lessons she learns from her children, which keep her grounded in what truly matters: family, connection, curiosity, and a shared sense of wonder about the world.
