Jay Joglekar is the Chief Financial Officer of Future of Cities, Cho Ventures and Metro 1. He brings over 20 years of international experience in real estate development, financial management, alternative investments, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Metro 1, Mr. Joglekar was Managing Director with a south Florida developer where he oversaw finance and operations for 2 million square feet of master-planned development. Prior to that, Mr. Joglekar founded a real estate and private equity advisory firm based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil which advised deal sponsors, institutional investors, and ultra-high net worth families. Jay previously held the position of Portfolio Manager with a private family office in Switzerland where he managed $2 billion in AUM. He was a member of the Advisory Committee of GP Investments Fund V, a Brazil-focused PE & RE investment firm with $5 billion in AUM.

Jay began his career with Goldman Sachs in New York as a Market Risk Manager focused on proprietary trading and principal investments across various asset classes. He has been an active volunteer with Goldman Sachs Alumni Community Teamworks and Green City Force. Jay holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and BSBA from Boston University, Questrom School of Business.
